Vishnu Cars Private Limited was incorporated on 22nd November 2004. It is part of the Vishnu Group, which was promoted in 2001 by Mr. Immani Venkata Rao. To serve a larger and more diverse clientele with complete customer satisfaction, the Group diversified into various businesses, including automobiles, workshops, and services. Vishnu Cars Private Limited has been associated with M/s Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. as an authorised dealership in Chennai since 2010, handling the sales and service of the entire range of Maruti cars.

Within a span of about eight years, Vishnu Cars Private Limited has grown into a leading Maruti dealership in Chennai, with a network that includes nine showrooms, ten service centres (including nine body shops), three True Value outlets, seven Maruti Driving Schools, and a Super Carry showroom. The company also operates a NEXA showroom at Tirupati Bypass, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. Plans are underway to expand further with a new network in Cuddalore.
